A deposit is required to hold a reservation. Deposit will NOT be returned, as it is part of the rental fee and is SUBTRACTED from the grand total.

Southern Sunset Party Rentals is not responsible for accidents caused by our bounce houses or any other rental items. 

Customer agrees to keep all rental items DRY, out of the elements and in a safe location when not in use. Failure to do so could result in a damage fee, cleaning fee or replacement cost. 
 

Our delivery/pick up fee does not include set up or break down except for the margarita machine and bounce house.  Please have tables and chairs stacked for pick up. However, if you would like set up or break down of tables and chairs please ask for details.  

Curbside/front yard drop off and pick up only. If items need to be carried long distances or up stairs, an extra charge may be added. 

There will be an additional charge for late pick ups, after 8 p.m. Let us know before your deposit is made to ensure this can be arranged. 

If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit will be returned as long as it is not less than 14 days before your rental date.
